NEW APIS Requirements for G.A.

APIS (Advance Passenger Information Systems)
has new procedures. Procedures are effective for both
preclearance and non-preclearance flights.

• APIS requires that all N registry aircraft flying from a foreign country or to a foreign country must file.
• The U.S. Virgen Islands are not considered a foreign country.
• You and your company must set up an APIS account and file your own plan.
• The following information is required 60 minutes prior to departure:
  
  Aircraft type, make, model and registration number.
  
  Passenger manifest information for each individual traveling on board the aircraft.
  
  Notice of departure information.
