Oct 1-May 31, Florida is 1 hour behind us.

• 2 HOUR NOTICE OF ARRIVAL (we can provide)
• 3 copies of the General Declaration Form
• 3 copies of the Private Aircraft Form 178
• 3 copies of both pilots’ License and Medical Forms
• 3 copies of the Aircraft Registration Form
• Form 1-92
• Personal Customs Declaration Form for
  both Crew and PAX
• "N" Registry aircraft must file an EAPIS and supply us with the confirmation number
